How to Overcome Office Politics with the Shadow Organization Map (Video)

Like this on Facebook

You probably hate dealing with office politics, but as research by the Center for Creative Leadership has revealed, people who handle office politics effectively have much better careers.

What’s the #1 tool for building these skills and overcoming the negative effects of office politics? The Shadow Organization Map!

Many thanks to Ashley Myers and Ed Donahue for recording this impromptu, hands-on video at the Grace Hopper Celebration.
